Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your spa appointment please do so at least 12 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations within 12 hours of your scheduled treatment time will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations less than 6 hours notice will incur a 100% charge. A credit card is required at the time of booking.

Health Conditions

Prior to your treatment you will be required to complete a confidential client consultation form to access your suitability for any treatments carrying contraindications. Please inform your Spa Therapists if you are using contact lenses before a facial treatment.

Shop Refund Policy

All retail products are non-refundable

Loss & Damage

We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss and damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables locked during your visit. For the protection of your clothing we ask that you wear the robe provided.

Accidents or Injuries

We shall not be liable for any accidents or injuries suffered by any guests.

Spa Etiquette 

The Spa welcomes guests of both genders from age 18 and above. Guests from ages 16-18 must have parents consent, and children younger than 16 must have their parents present during the treatment.

Please respect all Spa guests right to privacy and serenity. We ask that you switch off mobile phones during treatment and switch to silent mode whilst waiting.

Please arrive 20 minutes prior to your treatment to allow us to have a brief discussion about your treatment expectations. Late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time.
